If merchandises from orders required manufacturing, please allow approximately 5 weeks before we attempt to deliver the order. Delivery date can be only estimated, not guaranteed.

::RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE::

Policy:

1.You may return order/ merchandise within 60 days from the date the order was received.

2.We will not accept any returned packages without a RMA# issued by us.
(Please see Procedure below for more details)

3.All returned package must be shipped with a tracking number.
( i.e. UPS, Fedex, other method with insured and tracking number)

4.Used merchandise can not be returned, no exceptions.

5. Return Shipment with COD will not be accepted.

::Procedure::

1.Email us at sales@gkimport.com in advance and state which order or merchandise will be returned, we will issue you a RMA# which you will include in your return to ensure proper return procedure.

2. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging to receive full refund.

3. Make sure you send the package back to us with a tracking number. We will not be held responsible if the shipment is lost.

4. You will be credited back with the original amount of your order.

::ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION::

We allow our customers to change or cancel their orders within 24 hours. All changes or cancellations must be submitted before end of 2ND day from the day the order was placed. If order was placed on Friday, the order is allow to changed or canceled before end of Monday. No exceptions. To change or cancel your order, please email us at sales@gkimport.com

::MERCHANDISE REPAIR & EXCHANGE::

We provide free repair and/or exchange service to the merchandises with manufacturer defects. No service will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence. Particular merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, allow approximate 5 weeks for product manufacturing.
